Recommended Dose: Take 1 packet every 12 hours for 30 days.
By using the soft cleanse pack I was able to get off the drug linzess and resume a pretty good schedule which surprised my Dr.
My GP suggested I do this cleanse. I completed the cleanse, and will say that I did feel better afterwards. It seemed to "clean me out" (in a good way!), without leaving me feeling drained.
